    跟了7天。。开始真的好开心找到这个视频。我脂肪21%,肌肉39%,就是不知为啥小腹“微股”,而且是很硬的!很遗憾这组推荐的运动我做了没啥效果。感觉强度不够,找了个大的,https://youtu.be/U1KVJPv7V1c,希望可以解决我的困扰。

    Хочу не много сказать… Нижняя часть как ты сказала так называемая область у пупка, там больше всех живот, потому что из за того что вы кушайте и проще говоря питайтесь и живот растягивается.
