    I am literally a twig and I decided to start working out since Quarantine started. I’ve been slowly gaining weight and decided to finally try and build some muscle. Holy Jeez this workout, despite being only 5 minutes, is intense. Barely made it past my first day. Cross my fingers and hope by the end of July, I’ll be at least packing on some muscle.
