UPDATE ON THIS WORKOUT :
I tried this for 30 days everyday !!
Initially it was difficult but later I got used to it ! Day 1 : 15 cm
Day 30 : 14 cm (also I have been doing emi wong 15 minutes HIIT full body workout as well )
I didnt find any difference so I am doing another one now ! Comment if you wanna know

So, I have been working out since 2 weeks now and i have lost around 2 kgs. Now I am going to start this, because i feel like i am not doing anything for my arms.
I think I am going to start today or most probably tomorrow but I will keep you guys updated.
P. S. I am probably not going stop eating my junk food because that's my only stress buster during quarantine
