  1. UPDATE ON THIS WORKOUT :
    I tried this for 30 days everyday !!
    Initially it was difficult but later I got used to it ! Day 1 : 15 cm
    Day 30 : 14 cm (also I have been doing emi wong 15 minutes HIIT full body workout as well )
    I didnt find any difference so I am doing another one now ! Comment if you wanna know

  7. Looks like most of these exercises will not be helpful or may promote injury to your shoulders, so please be careful. I wasn't sure who April Han was until I watched a video review by Greg Doucette

  10. So, I have been working out since 2 weeks now and i have lost around 2 kgs. Now I am going to start this, because i feel like i am not doing anything for my arms.

    I think I am going to start today or most probably tomorrow but I will keep you guys updated.
    P. S. I am probably not going stop eating my junk food because that's my only stress buster during quarantine

    Day 1 ✅ I felt my arms getting heavier by the 2nd exercise but I completer it anyways. I don't feel any pain yet.

  11. Did anyone have trouble of the chest fly variation? My elbows couldn't touch because of my, chest.

  12. 3 months… daily with my family…NO EFFECT on any of our arms…did it for fun…I guess it was not time wasted.

  13. Hiiiii,… Today my first day…. Omg arm too sore.. During exercise shit arm like I feel burning😠🤕🤕… Never mind.. But i can do… Because I want my arm slim 😀😀
